No Returns Except for Damage

Due to the natural and unique characteristics of wood, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with appearance. Wood is a living material, and variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Sending pictures is helpful. We will review the damage and, if deemed eligible, offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Natural Wood Changes

Wood is subject to natural processes such as minor warping, cracking, or expansion/contraction due to environmental conditions like humidity and temperature changes. These changes are part of the material’s natural aging process and are not considered defects. We are unable to accept returns for these natural variations, but we recommend maintaining a consistent environment to help preserve the quality of your wood product.

How to Report a Damaged Item

To report any damage, please send us clear photos of the item and packaging, along with a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
